In the unlikely event, product purchased is defective, you can return the product for a refund or credit note. The refund or credit note policy is valid for the warranty time period of the particular product. Products under warranty from the manufacture extend the product warranty to the period of the manufacturer's warranty. Any refunds or credit note of any kind must comply with the product being in the same condition that it was received, including the original packaging, or being other than this would disqualify the product from the process. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and freight charges in having the product returned to us.

Product return carries a 15% return fee.

Cheque acceptance and fees
It is expected that a customer must comply with the law when writing cheques to us, or making any form of payment. A return of a cheque of any other form of payment carries a fee of $100 TTD and full settlement is required in CASH. This must be done in a timely basis, not exceeding a period of 7 days. Further to this fee, if the settlement exceeds the 7 days period, a rate of 3% would be charged on a monthly basis, using compound interest method. Note that the law permits a fine of 10 times the amount for issuing of a bounce cheque. In this regard, we do not accept cheques often, and encourage the use of better and more innovative methods of payment, like digital payments, ACH bank transfer, On-line banking, Credit card and Linx debit cards, etc.
